Registro de Fabrica de Ração Animal e Importação de Ração
O Ministério da Agricultura Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA) realiza regulamentação de ração animal. Além da regulamentação do produto, o MAPA também regulamenta o estabelecimento, independentemente do tipo de atividade da empresa que comercializa ração ou para qual público ela queira atender.
O MAPA fiscaliza a ração animal para garantir que as condições higiênico-sanitárias estão sendo cumpridas pelas empresas produtoras. Também se estes estabelecimentos estão em conformidade com a lei vigente. Sobre os produtos exportados ou importados, o Ministério atua também na rastreabilidade dessas mercadorias.
O estabelecimento que fabrica, fraciona, importa, exporta e comercializa rações, suplementos, premixes, núcleos, alimentos para animais de companhia, coprodutos, ingredientes e aditivos para alimentação animal deve ser registrado no MAPA.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply (MAPA) regulates animal feed. In addition to regulating the product itself, MAPA also regulates the establishment, regardless of the type of activity the company conducts or the target audience it serves.
MAPA oversees animal feed to ensure that hygienic and sanitary conditions are being met by producing companies. It also ensures that these establishments comply with current laws. For exported or imported products, the Ministry is also responsible for tracking the traceability of these goods.
Any establishment that manufactures, packages, imports, exports, or commercializes feed, supplements, premixes, concentrates, pet food, co-products, ingredients, and additives for animal feed must be registered with MAPA.
