É preciso que sua empresa possua o Registro de Estabelecimento de bebidas regularizado junto ao Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento.
No caso do setor vitivinícola, e para a produção de vinho, deve ser feito a petição de um Registro de Produtor ou Fabricante. O Registro de Estabelecimento é válido em todo território nacional e apenas precisa ser renovado a cada dez anos.
Para esta documentação, estão asseguradas as empresas que produzem bebida a partir de produtos primários, semi-industrializados ou industrializados de origem pecuária.
Como Registrar Vinho no MAPA?
Depois que você obteve o Registro de Estabelecimento para Fabricante e Produtor ou Importador, sua empresa estará apta para começar a registrar vinho no MAPA.
Para isso, é necessário elaborar uma solicitação contendo algumas informações sobre o vinho. Nela deverão conter dados como os percentuais dos ingredientes, a denominação e os aditivos.
É importante ter em mente que para estruturar o registro de vinho no MAPA, deve-se estabelecer previamente em quais categorias o produto se aplica.
As cervejas e cachaças devem ser registradas junto ao MAPA previamente à sua comercialização.
Inicialmente é necessário que a sua cervejaria esteja registrada no Ministério da Agricultura (MAPA), através do Registro de Estabelecimento, com a atividade de importadores, fabricantes, exportadores.
Existem diferentes tipos de registros de empresas no MAPA, sendo que para a produção de cerveja será necessário entrar com o pedido de Licença de Produtor / Fabricante. It doesn’t matter if the company doesn’t distill the product itself, but if it buys the distilled spirit, then standardizes it by adding sugar, adjusting alcohol content, and packaging it, it becomes a Manufacturer and must be regularized with MAPA.
