Quais alimentos precisam de registro na ANVISA?

Autorizações

Para que uma empresa possa atuar na área de Alimentos passiveis de registro perante Anvisa, tais como, alimentos com alegação funcional, novos alimentos, alimentos enterais, alimentos infantis dentre outros, bem como Alimentos passiveis de registro no MAPA, é necessário que a empresa possua Licença de Funcionamento emitida pela Vigilância Sanitária Local e Cadastro da Empresa perante a ANVISA e/ou MAPA. 

Registros

Todos os produtos, após a devida regularização da empresa, precisam ser Registrados perante a Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) ou Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA) . Após o deferimento do processo de Registro do alimento perante a ANVISA ou MAPA, a empresa detentora do registro estará habilitada a Fabricar ou Importar e distribuir o produto em todo o território nacional.

Which foods need to be registered with ANVISA?

Authorizations

For a company to operate in the Food sector, particularly for products that require registration with ANVISA, such as functional foods, novel foods, enteral foods, infant foods, and others, as well as foods requiring registration with MAPA, the company must have an Operating License issued by the Local Health Surveillance and Company Registration with ANVISA and/or MAPA.

Registrations

All products, after the proper company regularization, must be registered with the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) or the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply (MAPA). Once the food registration process is approved by ANVISA or MAPA, the company holding the registration will be authorized to manufacture, import, and distribute the product nationwide.
