Todos os alimentos de origem animal, entre eles estão o mel, leite, ovos, carnes, queijo e outros devem conter o Registro de Produto de Origem Animal.
Empresas que fabricam e/ou comercializem seus produtos de para comércio interno, exportação e importação necessitam obter o Registro de Produto de Origem Animal.
A Inspeção de Produtos de Origem Animal é um sistema que tem como objetivo assegurar a qualidade de um alimento antes da comercialização. A inspeção pode ser realizada pelo Serviço de Inspeção Federal (SIF), Serviço de Inspeção do Estado de São Paulo (SISP) ou pelo Serviço de Inspeção Municipal (SIM). Geralmente o mais utilizado é o SIF.

How to Register Animal-Origin Products?
The Registration of Animal-Origin Products is a document issued by MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply), legalizing the product for commercialization.
Any product or goods that require regulation with the Ministry of Agriculture must obtain this registration before being marketed.
Which products need to be regularized?

What is Animal-Origin Product Inspection?
The Animal-Origin Product Inspection system aims to ensure the quality of a product before it is sold. The inspection can be performed by the Federal Inspection Service (SIF), the São Paulo State Inspection Service (SISP), or the Municipal Inspection Service (SIM). Typically, the most commonly used is the SIF.
